Main Track: AWS-Powered AI for Scalable Solutions

Create a full product that could be sold to companies with potential costs and benefits accounted for using AWS services. Must use AWS services in some way. all types of projects are encouraged!

1st Place: $1500 | 2nd Place: $500 | 3rd Place: $250 | Graduate: $500


Side Track: Enhance transportation safety, efficiency, and sustainability

Create a solution to a problem, air, land, and/or sea, that could say money, lives, or the environment. Use of AWS tools preferred but not required. More focused for teams that would prefer a starting topic

1st Place: $750 | 2nd Place: $500


Side Track: Design an educational platform for HighView

Work with HighView to create a real app for tracking students for faculty, similar to Camino

Prizes include working with HighView after the hackathon and potential recruitment opportunities from Adobe, Salesforce/Slack, and more

What's a Hackathon?

A hackathon is an opportunity when you and your team come together to construct a cool and inventive project in 24 hours!


How big can my team be?

We require all teams to be comprised of 2-6 people. This is a great way for you to work with others, and learn about the design process.

What if I don't have a team?

No problem! We will help connect you with other students who are also looking for teammates before and during the event.

Who can attend?

While this event is targeted toward CS/Coen majors, all Undergrad and Graduate students are welcome.

I've never been to a Hackathon!

No worries! We have a team of mentors to help you along the way. Previous project experience will be helpful.
